IMPORTANT

If you submit this form, you will be provided with a quote and a deposit amount to place a booking (if you don't already have a deposit down). You will not be able to place a booking without a deposit. Specific deposit amounts vary. The deposit is non-refundable and is utilised in your final payment after the tattoo. Under certain circumstances, a fee will be issued if the agreed design is changed. Please type 'I AGREE' if you understand and agree to this statement.
