BOOK CONVENTION

IMPORTANT; Please include which day at which expo you would like to book for in your description on the form!
By filling out this booking application form, you will be able to potentially book for the next convention I will be attending. Visit my convention info to check which expo I will be attending. There are limited appointments available.
Please read the booking information section before filling this out.
Having trouble submitting your form? Sometimes the form glitches and doesn’t think you’ve clicked on one of the multiple choice required fields. Try clicking on and off of the other options and reclick the correct answer and try submitting it again. Hopefully this works.
Please be patient with a response as I can get an overwhelming amount of interest sometimes. If you haven’t received a response email from your application form, please do not resend the form and/or emails. If your information was insufficiently filled, if your concept isn’t in my style, if your concept is in my ‘don’t do’ list, there is a high chance your application may be put aside while others get priority and you may not get a response, especially if the bookings fill up.
If you don’t get a response and you filled the application correctly and/or what you’re applying for isn’t on my list of tattoos I don’t do anymore, please contact me if you’re concerned I may have missed your email.

Please refer to the Pricing section before proceeding here. This will give you an idea of pricing before you apply to book. Please keep in mind that conventions pricing is generally set prices and will be determined by the piece. Checking my pricing first allows me to trust that everyone applying to book are as serious as I am about the booking and avoids disappointment for all those other people seriously applying.
Are you booking a continuation appointment? Please fill out the continuation form instead. Then we can confirm your quote ready for the next step. Don’t forget to keep an eye out on my Instagram, you will be updated with updates on things like when my books open.
When filling in your details please be as thorough as possible. This saves us both a lot of time with back and forth emails.
Upload the necessary reference photos. Too many becomes difficult to upload but I still need the necessary photos like cover up photos, references of my work, concept references and style references. You can always send further reference photos once I have responded to your email.
