If you are an existing client with a continuation tattoo, you need to fill this form out to book your next appointment(s).

If you ARE NOT an existing client and/or you are starting a new tattoo, you need to book here when the books are open and here to apply for wait list when the books are closed. To read more information on when the books are open or closed, see booking information.

Continuations will always have priority bookings. This means if the books are closed, continuations can still book. This way tattoos like sleeves can book multiple bookings in the future and can ensure they will have an appointment. The only downside is that because these appointments are made in the books closed calendar, the appointments are subject to change when the future calendar is confirmed but on a positive note, the appointment won’t be moved too far due to availabilities.

When filling in your details please be as thorough as possible. This saves us both a lot of time with back and forth emails.

IMPORTANT

If you submit this form, you will be provided with a quote and a deposit amount to place a booking (if you don't already have a deposit down). You will not be able to place a booking without a deposit. Specific deposit amounts vary. The deposit is non-refundable and is utilised in your final payment after the tattoo. Under certain circumstances, a fee will be issued if the agreed design is changed. Please type 'I AGREE' if you understand and agree to this statement.
